Summer Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 2 1/2 lb. yellow squash, cut up
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    2 green onions, minced
    salt and white pepper
    buttered fresh bread crumbs
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook the squash in small amount of water 5 to 10 minutes; drain.
    Combine sour cream, butter, onions, salt and pepper. Place in buttered 1-quart casserole.
    Top with crumbs and cheese. Bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
