Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked deep 9-inch pie shell
    2 c. sharp shredded cheese
    2 Tbsp. flour
    4 eggs or Egg Beaters
    1 1/2 c. skim milk
    4 slices crisply cooked bacon, crumbled
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix cheese and flour.
    Combine rest of ingredients in bowl. Mix in cheese mixture.
    Pour into crust.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0, until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
