Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 small can coconut
3 eggs, beaten slightly
5 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. butter
1 c. milk
1 c. water
Preparation

Mix cornstarch and sugar.
Add milk and water.
Cook in a double boiler, stirring constantly.
Add egg yolks, one at a time until thick.
Add butter and coconut.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Put on pie and bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
