Foxy Franks Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. apricot preserves
    1/3 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. salad oil
    2 lb. frankfurters
    1/2 c. tomato sauce
    1/4 c. cooking sherry
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    In a skillet, combine preserves, vinegar, tomato sauce and cooking sherry. Cut franks into 1-inch pieces and add to sauce. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 15 to 20 minutes. Serve hot with wooden picks.
