Chinese Meatballs(6 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. soft bread crumbs, moistened with milk
    1 beaten egg
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    salt
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Form into 1-inch balls.
    Saute until brown. Serve with sweet/sour sauce and white rice.
