Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. mild pork sausage
    1/2 lb. hot pork sausage
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese
    3 c. Bisquick
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, combine uncooked sausage with cheese.
    Mix until well blended.
    Add Bisquick and blend well.
    Shape into 1 inch balls.
    Place 1 inch apart on a baking sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 10 minutes, or until nicely brown.
    Serve hot.
