Dianne'S Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 eggs
    2 c. frozen corn, thawed
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Blend sugar, cornstarch, salt and eggs.
    Add corn and evaporated milk.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Pour into shallow, buttered casserole dish and dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until well set.
    Can be reheated if covered with foil.
    Yields 8 servings.
