Low-Fat Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken breast
    2 minced scallops
    1/4 c. nonfat yogurt
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    2 tsp. grainy mustard
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
Preparation
    Skin, debone and shred chicken breast.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Use as salad or in sandwiches.
