Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cubed French bread
    3 c. cubed ham or 1 lb. sausage (fried and drained)
    1/2 lb. cubed cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    4 eggs, beaten
    3 c. milk
Preparation
    Butter 9 x 13 baking dish. Mix flour, dry mustard, and melted butter. Layer 1/3 bread, ham, cheese and then sprinkle with the flour, mustard, butter mixture. Repeat layers. Beat eggs and milk and pour over casserole. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered at 350 for one hour.
