Creamy Broccoli-Raisin Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh broccoli
    1/3 c. raisins
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled and divided
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. white vinegar
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation
    Remove broccoli leaves and cut off tough ends of stalks; discard.
    Wash broccoli thoroughly and cut into 1/2-inch pieces. Combine broccoli, raisins, onion and half of bacon; toss gently. Set aside.
    Combine cream cheese and remaining ingredients in a blender or food processor; process until smooth.
    Pour over broccoli mixture, stirring well.
    Chill 3 hours.
    Sprinkle with remaining bacon.
