Vidalia Onion Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sliced Vidalia onions
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. heavy cream, half and half or milk
    1/2 c. shredded cheese or Parmesan
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    paprika
Preparation
    Boil onions for 1 minute; drain.
    Prepare in an 8 x 8-inch pan.
    Combine eggs, cream, salt and pepper.
    Pour over onions. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Serves 6.
