Outdoor Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. onion
    2 Tbsp. green pepper
    3 Tbsp. catsup
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. mustard
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Add all ingredients; mix lightly.
    Shape in 4 patties, 1/2-inch thick.
    Broil over hot coals, 5 to 6 minutes.
    Turn and broil 5 minutes or desired doneness.
    Makes 4 patties, 1/2-inch thick.
