Chow Mein Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. rice, parboiled
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion
    1/2 c. celery
    1 1/4 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 (12 oz.) can chicken rice soup
Preparation
    Brown ground beef with onion and celery.
    Add rice and remaining ingredients.
    Turn into a 3-quart covered casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serve over chow mein noodles.
