Easy Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large fryer, cooked and deboned
    1/2 c. chopped cooked celery
    1/2 c. chopped cooked onion
    1 small jar pimento
    1 large can English peas
    3 boiled eggs
    3 c. chicken broth
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 stick oleo, melted (for top)
    1 1/2 c. sweet milk
    1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Cook and debone 1 large fryer.
    In a large bowl, dice chicken and add the celery, onion, English peas, eggs, pimento, broth and soup; add salt and pepper to taste.
    Mix all together and place in 1 large or 2 medium casserole dishes and top with the following: 1 stick oleo (melted), 1 1/2 cups milk and 1 1/2 cups self-rising flour.
    Pour over chicken mixture and bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until light brown.
