Warm Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch spinach leaves, torn
    3 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1 bunch radishes, thinly sliced
    1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
    1/3 c sugar
    1/4 t salt or to taste
    1/4 c vinegar
    1 egg, beaten
    2 T cornstarch
Preparation
    Cut bacon into 1/2 inch pieces, pan fry, drain and save drippings.
    In a bowl add egg, salt, vinegar, and water and cornstarch, stir well.
    Add this mixture to pan drippings and heat slowly until mixture is smooth and thick.
