Raisin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 1/3 c. water
    2 c. seedless raisins
    1/3 c. orange juice
    1 medium chopped apple, peeled
Preparation
    In saucepan, combine all ingredients, stirring constantly over medium heat until thick.
    Pour into pastry-lined 9-inch pie plate. Moisten edge; adjust top crust or lattice crust.
    Flute edge. Bake in hot oven at 400\u00b0 about 35 or 40 minutes.
