Ingredients

3 Tbsp. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
2 medium yellow onions, peeled and sliced
8 chicken thighs
2 c. plain yogurt
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation

Heat a large frying pan; add 2 tablespoons oil.
Add garlic and onion; saute until onion is tender.
Do not brown.
Heat second frying pan; add 1 tablespoon oil.
Brown chicken on both sides.
Remove to 13 x 9-inch glass baking dish.
When onions are tender, stir in yogurt and parsley off the heat.
Pour yogurt mixture over chicken thighs and bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
