Sour Cream Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising meal
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sour cream
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 large can cream corn
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Mix meal, oil, eggs and corn together. Fold in sour cream and cheese.
    Bake in greased 9
    x 13-inch pan for 40 to 50 minutes or until brown.
