Chocolate Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. shortening
    5 eggs
    3 c. plain flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. instant coffee
    1 1/4 c. milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream sugar and shortening.
    Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
    In a separate bowl, sift flour, salt and baking powder together and add cocoa and instant coffee.
    Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture, alternating with milk mixed with vanilla.
    Beat well and pour batter into a greased tube pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
