Mushroom Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sliced scallions
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
    butter or oil
    1 can chicken broth
    3 Tbsp. cream
    1/4 tsp. sage and pepper
Preparation
    Cook scallions, garlic and sliced mushrooms in butter or oil until soft.
    Add chicken broth, cream, sage and pepper.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
