Diabetic Chicken - cooking recipe

3 lb. chicken
seasoned salt
parsley flakes
low-fat margarine
optional: onion flakes and lemon pepper
Preparation

Wash chicken and skin it.
Place chicken in a 3-inch deep pan. Sprinkle chicken with seasoned salt.
Put margarine on chicken and sprinkle with parsley flakes.
