Cranberry-Orange Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg. any red gelatin
2 c. boiling water
1 (16 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce
2 Tbsp. grated orange rind (optional)
1 c. diced orange sections
1 c. chopped apple
Preparation

Add boiling water to gelatin.
Mix in salt, cinnamon and cloves.
Stir until gelatin is dissolved.
Add cranberry sauce and orange rind.
Chill until mixture starts to thicken.
Fold in orange and apple.
Chill until firm.
