Judy'S Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
6 or 7 slices bread, broken up
6 eggs
2 c. grated mild cheese
2 c. milk
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Lay broken bread pieces in a well-greased casserole dish. Alternate layers of sausage and cheese.
Pour egg, milk, mustard and salt mixture over top.
Let sit in refrigerator overnight. Cover and bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Uncover last 10 minutes to brown on top.
