Teriyaki Grilled Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. thin chicken breasts or thigh fillets
    2 Tbsp. dry sherry or cooking sherry
    1 Tbsp. minced fresh ginger or 3/4 tsp. ground ginger
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation
    Preheat barbecue grill.
    In a shallow dish, combine soy sauce, sherry, oil and ginger.
    Place chicken in marinade and let stand 5 minutes.
    Grill on barbecue until browned on both sides and cooked through, about 7 to 10 minutes.
