Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cornmeal mix
    1 c. Wesson oil
    1 can pimentos, chopped
    2 cans cream-style corn
    4 eggs
    2 Tbsp. garlic salt
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and pour into Pyrex dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Put grated cheese on the last 10 minutes of baking.
