Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 lb. 11 oz.) can sauerkraut
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. diced celery
1 c. diced green pepper
1/4 c. diced onions
3 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 Tbsp. pimento
Preparation

Drain sauerkraut and cut into 1-inch pieces.
Place in a large mixing bowl.
Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
Store, covered, in refrigerator for at least 24 hours.
Makes 10 servings.
