Orange Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. uncooked regular rice
3/4 c. chopped celery
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
vegetable cooking spray
2 c. orange juice
2 tsp. grated orange rind
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Coat a large skillet with vegetable cooking spray and place over medium heat until hot.
Add rice, celery and onion.
Cook, stirring occasionally, until rice is lightly browned.
Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
Pour mixture into a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until done.
Contains about 130 calories per 1/2 cup serving.
