Vegetable Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. milk
    4 egg whites
    1 c. finely chopped cooked vegetables: carrots, green beans, green pepper, corn, etc.
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Gently stir flour and seasonings into mayonnaise; do not overmix.
    Slowly stir in milk, then vegetables. Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Gently fold into mayonnaise mixture until thoroughly blended.
    Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart souffle dish.
    Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes, or until knife inserted into center comes out clean.
    Serve at once.
