Stuffed Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large or 4 small zucchini
    1 lb. sausage
    1 onion
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    2 eggs
    1 jar sauce
Preparation
    Boil zucchini for 10 minutes in salted water.
    Remove from water and cool.
    Cut lengthwise and scrape zucchini out, making boat.
    Put this extra in blender and puree.
    Brown sausage and onion; drain grease off.
    Mix zucchini puree, sausage, onion, Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs.
    Beat eggs and mix in.
