Ingredients

1/3 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. salt
3 eggs
3 c. grated, raw potatoes
1/4 c. grated, raw onions
Preparation

Stir together the flour and salt.
Beat eggs thoroughly; mix in potatoes and onions.
Stir into flour mixture; blend well. Lightly grease a large skillet with cooking oil.
Heat over medium heat.
Drop by tablespoon on hot skillet.
Fry slowly, turning to brown evenly.
Serve hot with applesauce or sour cream.
Makes about 16.
