Veggie Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent rolls
    2 (9 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 envelope Ranch dressing
    1 c. mayonnaise
    8 oz. shredded Colby cheese
    fresh veggies: tomatoes, cauliflower, broccoli, onions, green pepper and red pepper
Preparation
    Spread crescent rolls flat on cookie sheet (15 x 10 x 1-inch). Press to join edges.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for approximately 10 minutes. Cool.
