Sunshine Carrot Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 (11 oz.) can Mandarin oranges, drained
    1 c. pineapple chunks, drained
    1 c. flaked coconut
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    lettuce
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients; stir well.
    Chill 2 to 3 hours. Stir in sour cream.
    Serve salad on lettuce leaves.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
