Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean pork shoulder, cut into 2 x 1/2-inch pieces
    2 Tbsp. fat
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 to 1/3 c. vinegar
    1 c. pineapple juice
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3/4 c. green pepper
    1/4 c. thinly sliced onions
    1 3/4 c. pineapple chunks
Preparation
    Brown pork in fat.
    Add water and simmer for 1 hour.
    Combine sugar, cornstarch, salt, vinegar, pineapple juice and soy sauce. Mix and cook until slightly thick, stirring constantly.
    Pour over hot pork; let stand 10 minutes.
    Add pepper, onion and pineapple. Cook 2 to 3 minutes.
    Vegetables will be crispy.
    Serve over rice.
