Pot Herb Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 leek, sliced fine
    1 c. green peas
    3 c. chicken broth
    1 onion
    few sprigs chives, chervil, parsley
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    2 egg yolks
    1/4 c. heavy cream
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook the leek and peas in 2 1/2 cups consomme.
    Meanwhile, chop the onion, chives, chervil and parsley fine.
