Artichoke Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 garlic cloves, crushed
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    juice of 1 lemon
    2 cans whole artichokes
    cocktail rye bread
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients.
    Place 1/2 tablespoon artichoke on bread; top with mayonnaise mixture.
    Place under broiler until bubbly brown.
    Serve hot.
