Skillet Pork Chops With Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. tomato juice
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 c. coarsely cut cabbage
Preparation
    Heat oil in a heavy skillet and brown the chops slowly on both sides.
    Combine onion, vinegar, sugar, pepper, tomato juice, soy sauce and salt; pour over the pork chops and bring to a boil.
    Turn down the heat and simmer for 30 minutes or until the chops are done.
