Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. water
    6 chicken bouillon cubes
    2 1/2 c. diced potatoes
    1 c. diced onions
    1 large pkg. California Blend vegetables
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Combine and simmer first 5 ingredients for 20 minutes.
    Add soup and cheese.
    Heat until cheese melts.
