Tuna Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 6 oz can tuna
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c grated cheese
1 c cooked rice
1 c medium white sauce
1/4 c celery
1/2 c chopped onion
1 stick margarine
1 sleeve Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation

Saute onions and celery. Add all ingredients except cracker crumbs, and margarine.
Mix well and put into greased casserole dish.
Melt margarine and stir the crumbs together.
Put on top of the casserole.
Bake in medium oven (350) for 20 minutes or until light brown.
