Apple Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. corn oil
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. chopped apples
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. golden raisins
Preparation

Beat sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla until well blended.
Combine dry ingredients and add sugar mixture, beating well.
Stir in apples, nuts and raisins.
Spoon batter into a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
