Custard Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. sweet milk
    8 eggs, well beaten
    2 heaping c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    1 tsp. lemon flavoring
Preparation
    Bring sweet milk to boil.
    Pour eggs, sugar and salt slowly in boiling milk.
    Cook until curdles in double boiler.
    Add flavorings.
    Cook and freeze.
