Joe'S Heath Bar Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 egg whites
1 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. water
1 c. sugar

Preparation

Beat together until stiff the first 6 ingredients.
Add sugar very gradually, continue to beat until all sugar is added.
Pour into greased cake pan.
Do not spread to edge of pan.
Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 300\u00b0.
Ice with icing recipe.
Refrigerate for 12 hours before serving.
