Rhubarb Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. rhubarb
1 c. white sugar
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. flour
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. quick cooking oatmeal
1/2 c. butter or margarine
Preparation
-
Mix first 3 ingredients and put in bottom of buttered baking dish.
Mix flour, sugars, oatmeal and margarine until crumbly and spread on top of rhubarb mixture.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
