Preachers Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 lb. hamburger*
1/4 lb. ground pork*
4 onions, chopped
2 c. celery, chopped
2 c. chow mein noodles
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can tomato soup
1 1/4 c. water
1 tsp. chili powder
salt and pepper
