Chocolate Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. crushed chocolate wafers (Nabisco)
1 c. finely chopped almonds (optional)
6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 1/3 c. sugar
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
4 eggs
1/3 c. whipping cream
1/3 c. creme d'almond
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. sour cream
2 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Combine wafers, almonds (if desired), butter and 1/3 cup sugar.
Press mixture onto bottom and 2 inches up sides of a buttered spring-form pan.
