Double Toffee Delight Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 pkg. dry instant vanilla pudding
    1 pkg. dry instant butterscotch pudding
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients and set aside.
    Combine remaining ingredients in large mixer bowl and beat 2 minutes.
    Pour 1/3 batter in greased 13 x 9-inch pan; sprinkle with 1/3 brown sugar mixture.
    Pour remaining batter over this and top with remaining brown sugar mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Can be layered in 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan and baked 20 to 25 minutes for bar cookies.
    Delicious served warm as coffee cake.
