Pork Chops O'Brien - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. sour cream
    24 oz. O'Brien hash browns, thawed with moisture pressed out
    1 c. shredded cheese
    1 c. French fried onions
Preparation
    Brown pork chops. Combine soup, milk and sour cream.
    Season with salt, pepper and seasoning salt. Stir in potatoes, 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 of the onions.
    Pour potato mixture in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Put pork chops over the potatoes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Top with cheese and onions.
    Bake 5 minutes more.
