Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head lettuce, chopped
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, coarsely grated
    1 (1 lb.) can red beans
    1 large onion, chopped
    4 medium tomatoes, diced
    1 pkg. taco or cheese flavored chips
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Thousand Island dressing
    1 Tbsp. taco seasoning
    2 Tbsp. taco sauce
Preparation
    Brown hamburger; drain.
    Reserve 1 tablespoon of seasoning; add the rest to the hamburger.
    Select extra large bowl to toss salad, allowing enough room to toss salad at serving time.
    Layer salad ingredients in bowl, starting with lettuce and ending with cheese.
    Cover; refrigerate until serving time.
    Toss salad with dressing and taco chips just before serving.
