Pasta With Double Tomato Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. olive or vegetable oil
    1 small garlic clove, minced
    6 large plum tomatoes, blanched, peeled, seeded and chopped
    6 sundried tomato halves, chopped (not packed in oil)
    1/2 c. low-fat milk
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh Italian parsley
    1 1/2 c. cooked penne or ziti macaroni (hot)
Preparation
    Start cooking the pasta.
    In a 9-inch nonstick skillet, heat oil.
    Add onion and garlic; cook over medium heat until softened, about 2 minutes.
    Stir in plum tomatoes and sundried tomatoes. Reduce heat to low; gradually stir in milk.
    Stir in parsley. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.
    Add pasta to tomato mixture; stir to combine.
