Tex-Mex Spaghetti(4 Servings) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb. ground beef
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. wine vinegar
2 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese (fine)
1/2 to 1 lb. cooked spaghetti
Preparation

Cook ground beef, onion and garlic.
Drain fat.
Add tomatoes with juice, tomato sauce, vinegar, chili powder, cumin and cinnamon.
Simmer for 20 minutes.
While this is simmering, cook spaghetti until done.
Drain and serve with sauce and grated cheese sprinkled on top.
Serve with salad and garlic bread.
