Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 or 7 medium apples
1 c. flour
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 unbeaten egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Slice or dice apples into an 8 x 8-inch pan.
Stir rest of ingredients until it crumbles.
Sprinkle over apples.
Dot with cinnamon.
Pour 1/4 to 1/2 cup butter over all.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until apples are done.
